Registration desk
The registration desk is in the main lobby and opens at 08:00 each day. Collect your badge here — you will need it for all sessions.
Getting around
Airport transfer
Chinggis Khaan International Airport (UBN) is about 50 km from the city centre, roughly a 45–60 minute drive. Delegates who requested a pickup will be met in the arrivals hall.
Getting around
Taxis and ride-hailing apps are widely used in Ulaanbaatar. Traffic is heavy at peak hours, so allow extra time when travelling to evening events.
